Tri-County Lodge No. 52 Old School Party Tri-County Lodge No. 52 has scheduled an Old School Party on Saturday, July 18 at the Community Center on County Road 37 in Notasulga. Fifth Annual Charity Golf Tournament The Southeast Alabama Sickle Cell Association, Inc. will be having its 5th Annual Charity Golf Tournament on Saturday, July 25 at Auburn Links at Mill Creek Golf Course. Pre-registration fee is $85 per person, which includes green fee, cart, refreshments, prizes and lunch. First, second and third-place prizes will be awarded. The tournament is open to corporations, busi- nesses, fraternities/sororities, golf clubs and individu- als. Sponsorship opportunities are available. All pro" ceeds benefit the Southeast Alabama Sickle Cell Association which has clients and their families in Barbour,Bullock, Dale, Geneva, Henry, Houston, Pike, Lee, Macon and Russell Counties. SISTAs Cancer Survival Support Group SISTAs CanSurvive Coalition Support Group meets every fourth Saturday of each month from 1-3 .p.m.. The next meeting will be Saturday, July 27, 2009, at the 'E.L. Lowder Public Library, 2590 Bell Road, Montgomery. The Support Group provides cancer edu- cation, control and support services to breast, cervical and prostate cancer patients. Boating Safety Class Rescheduled The Outreach Program Office at Auburn University, in conjunction with the Alabama Marine Police, will be conducting a Boating Safety Course August 4 and 6. Tuskegee/lHnce r the Mentally ]]1 Support Group The Tuskegee Alliance for the Mentally Ill will meet from 6"7:30 p.m. at Tuskegee Municipal Complex (moved from Grace Community' Center) on the third Thursday of each month. These meetings are for families who have members with mental illness and need a support group to help them cope with a sometimes difficult situation.
