Greater Saint Mark Grief Ministry A Grief Ministry is currently in operation at Greater Saint Mark Missionary Baptist Church, As a support group, counselors, other professional and laypeople facili- tate it. The group is informal in order to encourage sharing and interaction. The meeting lasts for one hour, beginning at 6 p.m. on the Thursday prior to the second-Sunday in each month. The goal is to foster a desirable relationship such that people will feel comfortable in sharing their thoughts, feelings and experiences about loss and other life circumstances.
